New Return and Refund Policy

At CRICKET & CO, we strive to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience. Below are the updated terms for returning and refunding your online purchases:

  1. Free Returns in Store
    You can return your products free of charge at any of our stores. Simply bring the items in their original packaging along with your proof of purchase to the nearest store. This allows us to better understand your needs and personally assist you with your future purchases.

  2. Returns by Shipment (€5)
    If you choose to return your products by shipment, a €5 fee will apply to cover logistics costs. This small contribution also supports a more environmentally friendly approach. We encourage you to choose in-store returns for a more sustainable option.

  3. General Return Conditions

  • You can exercise your right to withdraw/return (via email: return@cricketco.be) up to 15 days after receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with the label intact, without damage, stains, washing, alterations, or wear (other than trying on). The original packaging and any accessories (instructions, tags, etc.), along with the original invoice, must also be included.
  • If the 15-day return period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it will be extended to the next working day.
  1. Return Procedure
  • Contact us via email at return@cricketco.be to notify us of your return request.
  • Within 48 hours, you will receive a document (Return Merchandise Authorization) to include with your return package.
  • Once the items are received and inspected (within a maximum of 30 days), we will process the refund.
