THE LEGEND OF CRICKET & CO, 35 YEARS OF STYLE, EMOTION AND ADRENALINE.

Legend has it that the brand was born on 15 January 1986, between England and Belgium, motor racing and golf, Spa Francorchamps and club chairs. Cigar, wine-coloured velvet trousers, ochre V-shaped jumper and tricoloured gingham shirt in English style, the Cricket & Co man is the assumed elegance, the charismatic style of the self-respecting man. A man who puts comfort and family first. Cricket & Co is also the name of a typically English sport with all that it implies: chic, masculinity, competition and winning team spirit. The colour that animates it is none other than the mythical British Racing Green. Jaguar and Lotus fans spot the subtlety of this green wherever they go and they dress at Cricket & Co....

From its foundation, the brand got off to a strong start. Prestigious associations with motor racing, golf federations and sailing began. The brand represents the sporty and stylish man. Alain Prost, Ayrton Senna, Tom Walkinshow, but also Jacky Ickx, Thierry Boutsen, Jean-Michel Martin, Vincent Vosse and many others. The logo will be everywhere: on a bright yellow helicopter, on red Ferrari racing trucks, on minivans (Indy cars, formulas 3000), at the Spa loops, at the 24h of Francorchamps, at the Dakar. The car brands that want to be associated with Cricket & Co: Ferrari, BMW, Toyota, Renault, Honda, Ford, and many others. Toyota will offer a special edition Corolla Cricket & Co. In one week, 4000 models will be sold. Honda will produce a Vespa in the colours of the 90's, with a matching scarf and gloves: generation X still remembers it...

The first shop was opened on 26 May 1987 in Stockel Square in Brussels. It still exists today. This first boutique offered a complete range of men's clothing. At the same time, a showroom in the Sablon was used to organise fashion shows where the beautiful people of the world would gather. Today, Cricket & Co has more than 20 shops in its own name in Belgium and two private sales depots. Cricket & Co's philosophy of life
The brand's motto? "Have a nice day. For 35 years, everything is in place to fill your day with great energy. The brand's values are family, friendship, loyalty, commitment, a comfortable and unpretentious lifestyle and high quality at an extremely competitive price. What allows Cricket & Co to offer the best prices in the industry is its verticality. This means that by knowing the market and working with the right people, Cricket & Co is able to work directly with all stages of the design, manufacture and distribution of a collection, and has done so since 2008.

The Cricket & Co family
At Cricket & Co, the family spirit is the foundation of the company. The employees stay for decades, building up loyalty, as well as a well-informed clientele that is sensitive to the brand's major strengths. Mastering the world of men's clothing is an expertise, a speciality. The two men behind the brand are totally complementary. The founder, with his elegant charisma, his unerring knowledge of the market and their shops, masters the timeless strengths of men's clothing at his fingertips. The other strength of Cricket & Co is a brilliant engineer, a great specialist in European textiles and trade, who is also always well dressed. What do the two men have in common? The vision, the pleasure of style, sportswear, elegance in comfort, the desire to go further together and to contribute to the life of dozens of families behind THE Cricket & Co family.

Your experience at Cricket & Co
Just imagine... When you go shopping, you want to have an enjoyable experience when dressing up. You walk into a Cricket & Co shop and park easily in front of the shop. You feel secure in the knowledge that your car is staying put. The shop manager, known as the Cricket & Co "shop mum", welcomes you as if you were at home. These "shop mums" have been there since the beginning of their careers, lending their valuable experience to your shopping. The newer shops allow your wife to sit in the back lounge while you, sir, try on outfits. This is made easier by the fact that the "shop mother" knows you, your size, your colours, your tastes, your body type and your habits. You spend a real moment, seeing your wife and the person in charge offer you outfits that are combinable, super comfortable, and you leave happy, feeling rejuvenated and "at home" in these new clothes.

Who is the stylish Cricket & Co man?
The Cricket & Co man embodies an elegant, comfortable and colourful sportswear style, which suits him both for the weekend and for the office. Thanks to an unbeatable quality/price ratio, he is happy to offer himself a coherent wardrobe with a strong DNA from one collection to the next. The Cricket & Co man finds himself in pleasant materials, particularly comfortable and always with a friendly and modern touch. Thanks to a recognisable identity, a signature colour, the brand dresses men with personality who will particularly appreciate finding models that fit them from one collection to the next.
The Cricket & Co style has evolved since its beginnings, offering a slightly more classic sportswear wardrobe, it has been enriched by inspirations such as Leopold Lippens, who dared to wear burgundy velvet trousers with a blazer, and then Jacky Ickx, who launched the fashion for jeans worn with a blazer. In the last 20 years, the men's wardrobe has evolved even more towards comfort, with the arrival of the 'Friday' style in the office. Today, the two contexts merge, as men like to be elegant at the weekend while being able to be chic in the office without ostentation.

Where do Cricket & Co clothes come from?
The products are mainly European, which means that they are qualitative, local for the most part, and manufactured using the latest technology. The brand favours natural materials and ecology with bamboo fibre for the socks or organic cotton for the jumpers for example. Turkey, a major textile specialist, manufactures shirts, trousers and jumpers (with Italian yarn). Italy, a reference in knitwear, is one of the brand's major partners. And finally Asia supplies polo shirts and parkas. Thanks to the reopening of the Silk Road (to Liège station), Cricket & Co is reducing its carbon footprint by using the train to transport goods.
